Warming trends in january and again in april cause the roof strate to warm and evidently i had condensation ptoblrms no soffit vents but do have small gable end vents. We will protect shade the west windows with cedar awnings grates. With our house we are planning minimal east and west overhangs and ample south and north overhangs.
